Beaver Scouts came in their hundreds to decend on Bowley Scout Camp for the Hyndburn District Beaver Scouts Fun Day.
The day was themed around the famous Harry Potter Books and Films. Activities included wacky science experiments, fishing for broomsticks with magnets, cocktail making, biscuit decorating, magic wand making, a magic show,
the opportunity to mee Barn Owl Bill and his fanatstic selection of owls and finally an awesome game of Quidditch.The weather was kind to us, and I think I can safely say all the Beavers thoroughly enjoyed themselves, as did the leaders. We even made it on the front page of the LET.
Thanks to everyone in the district team who spent many months organising this event - we think you did an outstanding job !
